Naturbutiken på Öland AB likes to see products in real life on social media and we can request to share pictures that you have posted on Instagram in our channels. Such channels are primarily Naturbutiken's websites (naturbutiken.se) but could also include Naturbutiken's other channels, for example newsletters, social media etc.
By replying #yesNaturbutiken to a picture following Naturbutiken's request on Instagram, hereinafter referred to as "picture(s)", you agree to the following:
You grant Naturbutiken på Öland AB, a Swedish company under corporate number 556298-2420 (hereinafter "Naturbutiken"), a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, in any manner determined at Naturbutiken's sole discretion and without any obligation to you, to use your images in their marketing and/or advertising, including but not limited to the right to reproduce, distribute, modify and edit your images. Furthermore, you give Naturbutiken your consent to use images where you can be identified for marketing and/or advertising purposes, according to the Act on name and image in advertising (1978:800) .
You represent and warrant that you own or control the rights to the material you have submitted and that you have permission from all persons appearing in the images. In addition, you represent that you are an individual (i.e. not a company), that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent, and that Naturbutiken's use of your images will not violate any third party's rights or any law.
You hereby release Naturbutiken from any obligation to pay you for the use of your images and release and agree to hold Naturbutiken and all persons acting on behalf of Naturbutiken harmless from all claims (including claims by third parties), liability, of any kind, in connection with the use of the images as described above. Swedish law governs these terms, where competent courts in Stockholm shall have exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes arising from them.
