Fågelåret 2022 offers reports from research projects, the country's bird stations and the mandatory bird report, which this year has also become two. Don't forget that as a member of BirdLife Sweden you can pre-order next year's edition at a lower price already when you pay the membership fee for 2023!
Fågelåret 2022 has a completely new look and also partly exciting new content. Niklas Aronsson, who took over as editor, has together with Magnus Hellström rebuilt the usual bird report into two: The nature conservation report with species deemed important from a nature conservation aspect, and Rare birds. The Nature Conservation Report presents a broader picture of how the situation is with each species, while the Rare Birds report is the usual account of which rare birds visited the country in 2022. In addition to this, also reports from the Swedish Bird Taxation, Ringmarking Centre, BirdLife Sweden's project and the country's bird stations
